The design for the development successfully resolves with efficiency, quality and imaginative flair many of the issues which are inherent in large developments on difficult sites. The development achieves Code Level 4 for sustainability. The scheme will be a high quality place to live and incorporates private outdoor space for every unit and abundant communal gardens. The design is commended for the delicate use of timber detailing.
